don't try to act like you ain't lookin.
The dull cold weekend is wrapping up, and you’re probably still hung over from Kelly’s fine work over at Dolores Park yesterday. Since you can’t be in South America like Stu, I’ll still give your broke-asses a free awesome travel tip — most of you without having to leave your backyards!
If you missed the Carnaval Parade yesterday, be sure to take a stoll down Harrison today to see what’s up with all of the live music and festival goodies they have. The cultural change of pace will also be amazing for your pocket, considering its free! Get off your ass off the couch and into the street.
Also, their website is strangely seizure inducing, so proceed with caution. It does involve pictures of scantily clad dancers, though, if you’re into that sort of thing.
What: Carnaval 2009
When: Tomorrow, 10 AM – 6 PM
Where: Harrison Street, from 16th to 22nd
Why: Because you need to use those last two tabs of acid and you want to have fun. And its FREE!
