
Today, head over to Pier 59 at 18th Street to get a tour of Manhattan’s ONLY active Brewery. Chelsea Brewing Company; the spot responsible for Checker Cab Blonde Ale and Sunset Red Ale has been churning out high-quality suds since 1995.
Sign up at the hosts desk for tours that begin on the hour but get there early as they max out at 40 people and its a popular spot.
Samples of beers are available throughout the tour and all tour participants get $4 discount beer tickets , so after the tour you can get sloshed on the product made only a few feet from where you’re sitting.
