Like Comics? Like Animation? Live in Brooklyn? KingCon is where you need to be this weekend! Today and Sunday, head down to Kings County to the Brooklyn Lyceum, a century-old NYC Public Bath house turned event and performance space, and soak in the creative juices of Brooklyn’s finest. There will be Independent exhibitors, vendors, panelists, and signers, as well as contests, activities, and the opportunity to schmoose with celebrities of some sort. (So it says…)

Featured Guests: MAD Magazine illustrator Al Jaffee, Marvel Comics’ Denny O’ Neil, Jonathan Ames (HBO’s ‘Bored to Death’), American Splendor’s Harvey Pekar, DC Comics Illustrator Neal Adams, Cliff Chiang (Human Target), Bob Fingerman (Minimum Wage), Fred Van Lente (Incredible Hercules), Artist Josh Adams, and Brian Wood.
