GET BENDY WITH FREE YOGA
It is almost December and soon enough some of your outdoor exercise and fitness regimes will be compromised by rain and cold. Yoga can be a calming indoor alternative (even though the sun salutations will make a mockery of the dreary weather that forced you inside). But yoga also tends to be expensive as hell. Fortunately for us broke-ass yogis, many yoga studios now offer FREE, donation-based, or sliding scale community classes. Below you can find information about all the studios offering affordable yoga classes for the masses.
