Rachel Zoe hates freedom
Now that you’ve stuffed your sweet selves full of delicious turkey/stuffing/mashed potatoes it seems like the perfect time to cuddle up for a long winter’s nap, as the gorge fest is over. The warm, buttery truth of it is, this is only the beginning. Thanksgiving marks the start of eating season, and as a good ‘merican, you’re obligated to eat as much as possible in the coming months. Santa would have wanted it that way.
If you can relate to my hatred of running (I have week knees), a low impact, high result exercise like Pilates might be a good option for toning your junk. Pilates is often mistaken to be chill and relaxing like yoga, but it’s not. It’s tough, but gets ‘er done. Unfortunately classes usually cost way more than I am willing to pay someone to make me work hard and sweat (innuendo much?). Luckily EHS Pilates studio in the Mission is having a super deal on classes taught by student instructors every Sunday. Classes are 75% off making the cheapest a mere $5!!! So run, walk, or roll over to EHS and sweat baby sweat!
