Don’t miss the FREE shows during Noise Pop

By Broke-Ass Stuart

Thanks to both Monica the Intern (from this website) and Maris from Bay Area Bourgeois for hipping me to all the great FREE shows going on during this year’s Noise Pop Festival.  If you’ve got tips for great cheap shit hit me up at info@brokeassstuart.com.

People all over hipsterville are squealing with excitement for tomorrow night’s free show, where Deerhunter and Lilofee are playing at Mezzanine.  Unfortunately, you had to RSVP awhile ago to get in for free, and you probably didn’t.  But if you wanna tantalize yourself and look at web page where you should’ve RSVP’d, it’s here.

Don’t weep too much though because the geniuses at Lower Class Revolt,  SomaFM and The Bay Bridged had the foresight to throw a FREE Noise Pop happy hour at one of my personal favorite bars: Bender’s (Hey Johnny, you can make out that endorsement check to Stuart Schuffman.  Thanks!).

On Wednesday (2/25) The Lower Class Revolt’s happy hour features: The Aimless Never Miss, The Sleepover Disaster, and Evacuee.

On Thursday (2/26) SomaFM’s happy hour features: Scissors for Lefty, Picture Atlantic, and Man/Miracle

On Friday (2/27) The Bay Bridged’s happy hour features: Maus Haus, Sugar & Gold, and Tempo No Tempo.

Sorry I’m too lazy to put links for all those bands, but if you wanna learn more about them you can go here. Maybe I’ll see you at Bender’s this week.
