Three Stooges Mini Marathon Tonight!

As always, my main man Johnny Funcheap has the scoop on a killer event.  The Castro Theatre recently started doing “Five Buck Tuesdays” which is where (you guessed it) you get to see classic films for $5.  All day long, a seat in San Francisco’s most beautiful and historic movie theatre will only cost you a fin.

But today is something special.  Of course everybody loves classics like On the Water Front and Casablanca, but if you’re reading this site, there’s a good chance that you’re just as equally into some low-brow shit.  I kinda squealed with glee when I found out that not only was the Castro doing a Three Stooges mini marathon, but that the theme of it was “Curly’s Greatest Hits”.  Are you kidding me?  A happy meal costs about the same as two hours of the Three Stooges, and honestly, which one do you think will make you happier?

There are three screenings today: 2:30pm, 5pm, and 8pm.  This will probably be the best $5 you spend all week.
