Lower Haight Art Walk Tonight

I’m totally digging this whole Art Walk thing.  If you remember, the Divisidero one happened a few months back and it was killer!  It was the kind of San Francisco night where each place you went to, you ran into some one you hadn’t seen in awhile.  You know what I mean?  It’s the kind of shit that only happens in SF because it’s the biggest village in the world.  Luckily non of those run-ins were the “sorry I never called you back” kind.  Let’s hope you were as fortunate.

Well, as you might have guessed by the title, tonight’s Art Walk is going down in the Lower Haight.  If I’m not mistaken (and I often am) it seems that one of my favorite stores, Lower Hater, is a principle architect of this madness.  From 7-10pm tonight over 25 merchants will have their doors open, inviting you to take part in live paintings, live music, discounts, food, drinks and general debauchery.  Plus there’s a good chance you’ll run into that one night stand you met at Delirium last year.  Here’s your chance to make it a two night stand.

Broke-Ass Stuart - Editor In Cheap

I've been called "an Underground legend": SF Chronicle , "an SF cult hero": SF Bay Guardian, and "the chief of cheap": Time Out New York, but to those familiar with my work, I'm just "that douchebag who writes books about cheap stuff and drinks a lot".
