FREE Food and Drinks with The Green Zebra

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

So Green Zebra does these cool guides that are focused on “Local Savings for Sustainable Living”.  Sounds pretty sweet right?  Well they just opened their Environmental Action Center (EAC) at the Crocker Galleria, where you can drop in and learn to how to live more sustainably while still saving money (yeah these guys are frigging awesome).  Plus within the EAC they’ve opened the Remake Lounge where classes and workshops will be taught.

Luckily they know that, the only way to lure deadbeats like you into their crunchy granola lair, is through FREE food and drinks.  So they’re having a party and you’re invited!

Not only will there be FREE eco-friendly cocktails by Veev and local nibbles by Living Room Events, you’ll also be able to learn things like: how many solar panels your roof can handle and how to collect rainwater.  It’s a win-win situation for everyone…except your liver.  Plus they’re letting people try out electric bikes which sounds like a perfect chaser for those eco-friendly cocktails.

The party is on Thursday and goes from 5:30-8:00pm.  Make sure to RSVP to events@remakelounge.com
