Phew. It’s over! The stressful parts of the holidays are in the past and now we have New Year’s Eve to look forward to. Wild, crazy, slightly overrated New Year’s, when we can drown the year’s sorrows in unhealthy levels of alcohol. But until then, it’s important to de-stress and block out the holiday horrors of the last few weeks. One excellent way to do just that is to get your jingle jangle jiggy on at the Knockout tonight.

They are having their monthly Teenage Dance Craze with a Twistmas. It’s sure to be a rockin’ good time with Sergio Iglesia’s, Russell Quan, and DX the Funky Grandpa spinning some swinging beats. The tagline of “Good music, cheap booze and tacos next door” would be enough for me, but to make the deal even candy cane sweeter, it’s only $3 to get in. Just use that $10 your Grandma gave you for Christmas and you’re in the door with a drink in your holly jolly hand!

Ali was born and raised in the Wholesome/Creepy capital of the world, Salt Lake City, UT. Once she was old enough to blow that pop stand she escaped to the place that was the anti-SLC: The Peoples Gay-public of Drugifornia aka San Francisco (holla 30 Rock!). You can now find her throughout this glorious city slurping Pho and scheming with her best friend Pinky doing what they do every night; try and take over the world.
