Super Cheap Yoga in the Mission and Soma

This amazing photo is from Blogadilla.  It’s also from 1972.

If you remember awhile back Chloe told you about all the FREE Yoga classes in the East Bay.  That was cool of her.  I hope at least one of you sent her a holiday card for that.

Here on this side of the Bay (ahem, I just mean the Mission really) there are a couple great cheap yoga options that are conveniently near each other.

The first is Urban Flow and judging by the the jumping happy people on their splash page,  it is entirely run by jumping happy people.  While their suggested donation is $10-$20 they won’t turn anyone away for lack of funds.  This means you pal.  I actually just learned about this place the other day when I shared a table at Burma Superstar with a guy named Josh who works there (at Yoga Flow, not Burma Superstar).  Burma Superstar is amazing.

The second is Yoga to The People.  They started doing their thing on St. Marks in NYC awhile ago and have since expanded to Berkeley and the Mission.  They’ve been in the donation based yoga game for a hot minute now.  While I’ve never actually done yoga at any of the locations I have filmed some TV stuff at the NY one before.  At all their location it is a $10 suggested donation as well but you can give what you want.

So do any of you know of any other spots that do cheap yoga?  Oh please do share.  Om.
