Frugal Bliss at the It’s-It Factory

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Oh, It’s-It!  You are one of the last from a different era.  The city that Herb Caen wrote about.  Tonga RoomLaughing Sal, etc.  It’s a class that manages to hang on every year.

I guess one of the best things about you, is that you haven’t changed all that much since your salty days at Ocean Beach.

Playland by the Sea may be gone but at least you're still here.

The city gets more expensive and condos pop up every day, but you still are a sweet consolation that almost everyone can still afford.

AND, although there aren’t any factory tours, if you, dear reader, are ever passing by the factory in Burlingame, don’t feel shy about stopping by and picking up a few or maybe a t-shirt.
