Apple’s big, fancy WWDC conference is next week, and you’re not going. But you can go the afterparties, even if you’re not registered for this $1,600-a-pop developer conference June 13-17 in San Francisco. Several startups are busting out other people’s money to throw their various branded afterparties and soirees, so take advantage of next week’s techie takeover of our fair city by crashing their parties, snacking on their swedish meatballs and pretending to know somebody at their lavish open bars.

There are tons of elaborate parties next week according to the indispensable WWDC Parties website, but most of them are either sold out or require a WWDC badge. The parties we’ve listed below are free, though many do require you to RSVP in advance. (We’ve included the RSVP links) Be warned that these parties could hit their capacity at any time, so RSVP early to make sure you can crash.
