Open bar and appetizers paid for by Corporate America await you all week as Dreamforce 2016 swallows up SoMa and downtown (Oct. 4-7). The world’s largest software conference is also the world’s largest party-crashing opportunity, with oodles of cash-negative startups throwing insanely opulent parties all over our fair city. Here’s how to get into these parties.

Getting into these parties is generally easy, even if you are not registered for Dreamforce and could give zero fucks about Dreamforce. Should you have ethical concerns over crashing a Salesforce party, realize that Salesforce is a San Francisco-based software company that claims on paper to be a Switzerland-based software company so they can disproportionately burden common American taxpayers. So maybe they owe you something in return.

The best way to get into a cherry Dreamforce party is to network with someone who works at Salesforce or someone who works at a Dreamforce sponsor. (You’re not getting into the U2 concert unless you know somebody). The second best way is to just RSVP to the parties online so your name is on the guest list. These methods are detailed below, with venues and start times on the RSVP links. Fake it til you make it through the RSVP process, though we cannot guarantee how long the ‘open bar’ or ‘free appetizer’ components of any of these parties are going to last.

Are these Dreamforce-branded fingernails cute or douchey? They are kind of both. much like Dreamforce itself. You can find some really cool shit for free — you just have to get your fingernails dirty.
