Most food bloggers will tell you they love the endearing Molly Yeh, the crossover queen (and friend of BAS) Gabi Moskowitz, or Puerto Rican Meseidy Rivera. While I do love those ladies, my favorite two food blogs that send my eyes into an ADHD frenzy are Lady and Pups and IAMAFOODBLOG.
So, it’s not surprising that I came across a recipe so fucking delightful that I had the food equivalent of Beatle-mania. When I first laid eyes on them, I thought, “this better not be a joke, because this is not funny.” Then I proceed to lose my fucking mind.
It’s a combination of the two things most dim sum lovers enjoy the most: bbq pork bao and pineapple buns. Take a look at these and try not to wet yourself, if you can.
