This is a funky, loud, costume filled, very San Franciscan street party.  The unofficial themes are always ‘peace’, ‘acceptance’, and ‘let your freak flag fly’, this year the official theme is “Summer of Weird”, paying tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love.  There will be  lots of burners, delightful weirdos, dancers, artists and electronic music.   There are some always wild after parties in the neighboring clubs afterwards.
