Academy of Sciences FREE to Mission and Bernal Folks

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Looking at all those fish makes me hungry

Assuming your case of Sunday morning palsy isn’t too bad, you’re probably looking for something to do today that doesn’t involve being rained on or watching whatever awful movie is on Comedy Central.  If you live in the Mission or Bernal Heights, I have just the thing for you: go to the California Academy of Sciences.

According to my man Johnny Funcheap

“Free admission is available for San Francisco residents in each zip code during the designated dates throughout the spring. Zip Code Area 94110 (Mission and Bernal Heights) get free admission to the museum on May 1, 2, 3, 2009 with proof of residency (either drivers licence, utility bill or postmarked envelope)”

Yeah, I know I just copied and pasted that from his site, but give me a break, it’s Sunday morning for fuck’s sake.  Can’t make it today but wanna go for FREE another time?  Then read this.
