Dress like an entitled brat and get a free meal

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

I’m gonna pull a David Paterson here and out myself on this so no one else can do it to me: I watch Gossip Girl.  I have a valid explanation though; since my girlfriend likes the show, and we don’t get to spend that much time together, and I watch it with her.  Plus I don’t know whether I want to strangle all the characters on the show or have sex with them.  Or both.  Know what I mean?

Anyway, to celebrate being featured on the March 16th episode of the show, Park Avenue Winter (100 E 63rd St. @ Park Ave.), is giving away FREE diner to anyone who comes dressed in a school girl outfit from March 16th-20th.  This isn’t like some FREE Grand Slam at Denny’s shit either, entree’s here average around $30!  Plus, if you’re over 21 they’ll kick in a couple drinks too!  I just got off the phone with the restaurant and they said that there are still tables open, so call and make your reservation now!  I also asked if I can show up in a school girl’s outfit and get a free meal.  While the answer was “no” I have a feeling that if I make a fuss about discrimination, they will have to serve me, right?  I’ll be in NY from the 14th to the 21st.  Who’s with me?
