Rathbones Pub & Grill’s Weekly Specials

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Happy hour has become the standard in bars since who knows when. You usually get a dollar off all drinks or some other type of special. Rathbones gives you the best of both worlds — specials on both food and drinks.

From 7-llpm you will receive a unique special from Monday-Thursday. To start off the work week, Rathbones offers a $10 Beer & Burger combo. The Two for Tuesday special presents you with a “Buy one, get one free” on domestic bottles, draft beers, well drinks, burgers and sandwiches.

However, their main attraction is their World Famous Wing Night, which brings in the people like roaches into your apartment. On this night they offer 25 cent wings. (Let that marinate for a moment, I’ll wait.) I’m pretty sure it isn’t necessary for me to say any more but they also offer $3 Coors Light Drafts and $9 Coors Light Pitchers.

Thursday is BBQ Rib night which offers a rack of rib with all the fixings for $10.95. French Dip Fridays offers a roast beef sandwich with fries for $6.95. Saturday & Sundays have specials for brunch from 12-4pm.

I don’t know about you but I’ll definitely pick a Wednesday to head down to Rathbones for some tasty wings.

Enrique Grijalva - Mr. Minimum Wage

My father came, my mother saw...and I conquered. I encourage children to do drugs, I buy alcohol for teenagers, and I drink beer with the homeless. In my spare time, I attend art galleries for the FREE booze while rubbing elbows with modish elephants. I also hammer six-inch nails into small penises. Stuart knighted me as Broke-Ass King of New York. You've been warned.
