Come Out & Play After Dark 2012 FREE at The South Street Seaport Tonight

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

If you’re not paying attention to the calendar having too much summer fun, I’ll be the one to remind you that it’s Friday the 13th. Don’t be scared. All you have to worry about is Jason taking Manhattan again. I doubt that will happen, but if you’re hoping it does then I have the perfect event for you today.

Come Out & Play After Dark tonight at the South Street Seaport!!! There will be plenty of interactive games to play in and around the surrounding area. You can participate in a massive player hunt or be a part of a life-sized video game. Each year Come Out & Play offers a platform that unites designers and players for a chance to play real-world games. They have decided to team up with the River-to-River Festival this year, and they’re bringing a unique brand of summer fun to New York.

The excitement begins at 7pm and it will end at midnight. Five hours of FREE fun and games. How else would you like to spend a warm Friday the 13th in July? On Saturday, July 14th there will also be a Family Day for those of you with children. For more info visit their website here.

Enrique Grijalva - Mr. Minimum Wage

My father came, my mother saw...and I conquered. I encourage children to do drugs, I buy alcohol for teenagers, and I drink beer with the homeless. In my spare time, I attend art galleries for the FREE booze while rubbing elbows with modish elephants. I also hammer six-inch nails into small penises. Stuart knighted me as Broke-Ass King of New York. You've been warned.
