Myspace Makes a Comeback Tonight!

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Most of us have forgotten all about Myspace, the first major social media domain that we all used back in its day. Tonight they are trying to make a come-back and remind you that Myspace still exists and prove that it is way better for sharing music than Facebook or Twitter.

Come down to Mighty tonight,  Thursday, November 1, from 9p.m. – 2 a.m.  for a FREE DJ dance party.  Z-Trip, “the godfather of mash-ups, will be there mixing your favorite songs and blending them together to make sure you remember he started the genre that swept the airwaves. Accompanying him will be Switch (Dave Taylor, formerly Major Lazer). Switch is a UK-based DJ, songwriter, sound engineer and record producer. He is best known for his work with M.I.A.

For all of you who still have it in you to dance after Halloween last night, this is a perfect party for you. Even tough “Rocktober” is officially over today, let’s ring in November with a bang! And, maybe you’ll even be inspired to hack back into your old Myspace account…
