Life is weird and sometimes you end up at Monarch a lot. This is one of those times for me apparently. Thursday is the inaugural event for Pisco Sour Amazing Hour. While I don’t know if there will be FREE empanadas on every Thursday, on this particular one Wes Rowe (famously of Wes Burger), will be making them and giving them out out with each Pisco Sour purchase.
