Bar Worker’s Ball Tonight at El Rio!!

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

I was contacted by El Rio in San Francisco to be a judge at their 4th annual Bar Worker’s Bar, which is happening tonight from 9-2pm.  While it was vague as to what exactly I’ll be judging (I’m hoping for a booty clap contest), I figure there will at least be a few drinks in it for me.  But if you work in bars or restaurants and you’re free tonight you should come down.  There will be food, booze and dancing, and with that combination, I expect there will be some drunk make-out sessions as well.  Hope to see you there!

Also, for those of you who don’t know, El Rio is not just a great dive bar with a huge patio.  They also do FREE bbqs on Fridays and Sundays as well as FREE oysters on Fridays.  Yeah, I know.  They are awesome.
