Dolores Park Movie Night: The Goonies
The Goonies is probably my favorite movie of all time. It’s got everything: action, adventure, romance, pirates and that terrifying old lady. As I get older my favorite scene changes currently it’s where Mouth (played by Corey Feldman) is giving a tour of the house, in Spanish, to the new housekeeper. He says things like, “Never go upstairs. That’s where Mr. Walsh keeps all his sexual torture devices”
Thursday night is Dolores Park Movie Night which is always loads of fun. you can bring some beverages and nibbles and have a picnic while watching some of the most classic movies ever. And the best part is that the event is FREE! But I do recommend going over and dropping a couple bucks in the jar to help support the people who put this amazing event on. And if you’re still not sure how to behave in Dolores Park, then please read this.
