FREE Legal Advice – In Case New Year’s Gets a Little Too Crazy
We all see our friends do a lot of crazy and embarrassing things on New Year’s, but as a non-drinker, I actually remember it all the next day (much to the chagrin of my friends). In case you get a little too crazy this year, and life imitates art (and by art I clearly mean The Hangover), you may find yourself in need of some legal advice.
IF YOU WAKE UP IN CUFFS YOU'LL NEED A LAWYER... OR A SHOWER IF THEY'RE THE FUZZY KIND
You see, for a lot of folks December 31st offers some respite from the stress of the holidays. It’s that awesome (or awful) time of year when your schedule feels like a clown’s juggling act, only instead of an apple, an orange, and a banana, you’re balancing the demands of you families, friends, and coworkers. And so, on New Year’s Eve, maybe you let loose, maybe a little too loose, and maybe the blur of bashes and booze becomes a blur of bad judgment. If you wake up on New Year’s Day in the uncomfortable constraints of a hangover and handcuffs, you may need to consult lawyer (that is, if they are officer-issued cuffs, not the pink furry kind). Unfortunately, you spent your last few dollars on cigarettes (your New Year’s resolutions went, literally, up in smoke), and you couldn’t have bought any decent legal advice for a couple bucks anyway.
