TONIGHT!! FREE Music plus Richie Cunning’s Album Release Party!!

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

There are some things I’m better at than others.  Math?  Not so much.  Throwing parties?  Absolutely!  Any of the 1,500+ people who attended the release party for my SF book or my Fuck the Recession Party can attest to that.  Those same people can also attest to the fact that Richie Cunning is bad-ass, brilliant rapper & performer.  They’ll also probably remember his song, “One Dollar Wonder” and how much they could relate to it.  Chance are, if you come to this site, you’re a One Dollar Wonder too.

Seriously though, this dude is amazing.  I’ve been a fan for years and I’m super excited that his first full length album is finally coming out.  Between being broke as shit and loving the City, RC is without a doubt our brother in brokeitude and because of this he’s giving all you a copy of his most recent mixtape for FREE!  Just click the photo below to start downloading it.

Now that Richie has given you some FREE tunes, you should return the favor by going to his album release party on Friday night.  Not only will Richie be there with the whole Rec League crew, but so will Melina Jones, the Delmon Crew and the world famous DJ Kevvy Kev!!!!  And me of course.  I’ll be there for sure.

And if all that still isn’t enough to get your ass out to the Elbo Room on Friday night, then Richie’s new video by Trevor Traynor is.  No seriously, watch this video.  It’s excellent.  Even SF Weekly though so:
