FREE Appetizers and Wild Art at Project One

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Remember Domonique Echeverria?  She’s a former Broke-Ass of the Week and a self described, “Liza Minelli loving, gypsy glam rocker tranny trapped inside of a real woman’s body”.  Ah ha!…now you remember!  It’s pretty safe to say that anyone who identifies as such can be counted on to curate a wild event and that’s just what Domonique is doing.

On Thursday, May 13th Miss Echeverria is curating a FREE art show at the Project One Gallery.  On display will be paintings, illustrations, photography by cats like merkley???, and some gowns Domonique has designed.  Plus there will be live music, drag performances and FREE appetizers.  It sounds like it’s gonna be a pretty crazy time, I mean just look at some of Domonique designs.  The title of the show is Survival of Summer and is being put on by Brooke Waterhouse.

Check this flyer for a full list of all the goings on. It sounds like a good time to me.
