FREE Midday Yoga Throughout August at Urban Flow

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

See, look how happy these people are.

As Stuart mentioned awhile back, we think Urban Flow’s donation-based yoga classes are great way to stretch your fitness budget tighter than a pair of Lululemon yoga pants. Apparently, we’re not the only ones who think so because the unpretentious studio has grown to add a few new teachers, and so to introduce you amateur yogis out there to the new faces at the front of the room they’re offering FREE Noon classes every Tuesday thru Friday in August. So if you’ve got some time on your lunch break and need to bend and stretch your way out of the current August doldrums, this would be a great way to do it.

And if you’re an absolute beginner looking to awaken your inner Yogi, you might also want to check out their FREE Introduction to Yoga classes hosted every other Sunday, starting this week August 15th at 1:30pm, that way when you show up next Tuesday at Noon you’ll practically be a seasoned vet.

Andrew Dalton - Aggressive Panhandler

Andrew is an East Coast transplant from Virginia hamming it up in San Francisco without any intention of leaving. Having worked every typical job from Bike Shop Employee to Bartender to Ad Agency Hotshot, to Dotcom Layoff he now busts his ass covering the "weird things to do" beat for gracious local audiences at SFAppeal.com and rallies the Western Addy/Lower Haight/Panhandle neighborhoods into action at AggressivePanhandler.com. His work was published in a real, paper magazine one time. One day he might even figure out how to make money from it.
