The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

The San Francisco Arts Quarterly might be trying to woo me. Saturday, November 13th, they are presenting a symposium for the release of their latest FREE quarterly–described as a “hybrid between arts calendar and newspaper.” And what does the symposium entail, you might ask? Everything you could possibly want: A hosted bar (the fancy way of saying FREE or Open or It costs you no monies), FREE bands (note that the flier has John Vanderslice listed, but instead according to Facebook, it will be Birds & Batteries), a FREE panel discussion led by JD Beltran, and did I mention the FREE booze and food?

You are going to want to clear your calendars for this one.

Jessica Longo - Two-Bit Reporter

Jessica was born, moved around a lot and has an odd dialect to prove it (see: hella, bubbler, and cawfee), and is now precariously settled in SF. Despite graduating high school too many years ago to count, she was crowned Prom Queen this summer and considers her life complete now. Last year her production editing job was outsourced to the Philippines. Hope they like it. Luckily for you, this Lady of Leisure is currently accepting applications for the position of Wealthy Benefactor.
