Party for a Good Cause: Tools 4 Schools

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Tonight is the kick off party for Bay Area Benefit’s Tools 4 Schools Campaign.  Let’s face it, our educations system is falling apart because out tax dollars go to shit like war in Iraq and the War on Drugs.  California itself is facing 17 billion dollars in cuts to education.  Yeah, 17 billion!! Because of this many, schools don’t have all the equipment and resources they need, so Bay Area Benefit is collecting donations of money and materials (paper, pencils, markers, index cards, books and board games) to give to the schools.  Wanna make a donation?  Then go here.  Wanna party about it?  Then go to Eve tonight and dance while you donate.  Check the Facebook invite for more info.
