How to Rehab Your Converse on the Cheap

It’s Spring, finally! Yay! It’s time to drag out your Converse, and get hem ready for the summer.

Option 1: Follow this how-to video from the Converse website involves baking soda, detergent, and quite a bit of elbow grease.

Option 2:  If your kicks are in relatively good shape, and you’re lazy, like me, just take one of those nifty Magic Erasers (just buy the cheap, “fake” ones at Duane Reade-$1.99 for two!) and a pair of athletic laces, any color you wish (Also only a $1.99!)

Buff the tops and sides gently with the damp Magic Eraser, re-lace, at voila! You’re good to go for another summer
season.
