Cheap Noodles at Citrus Club

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

The Citrus Club never fails to satisfy your endless craving for noodles in oodles of different types of amazing sauces and styles. This little spot on Haight Street is the perfect place to go alone and stuff your face at the bar, or with a group of indecisive people that can’t decide what kind of genre of food they want to eat. The prices are totally broke-ass friendly.

Jump into a huge bowl of Tom-Yum Thai soup ($6.50) paired up wth some awesome fresh shrimp Spring Rolls ($4.95) and Pad Thai ($6.95). If you are craving Chinese – indulge in the spicy Shanghai noodles ($8.75), garlic beef and Shitake mushrooms ($8.75) and the string beans and tofu ($6.50). You could also go the Vietnamese route and get a giant bowl of Pho. You may even want to turn Japanese after eating the best Edamame you’ve ever tasted ($4.95) matched with some Soba noodles.

The service is pretty fast and friendly, you can eat a meal for under $10 in less than 30 minutes, and always leave with a doggy bag. Get in there!
