The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Although the term “thrown under the bus” became a graphic reality on 18th Street last Friday, Phil Ting’s Reset San Francisco Campaign wants people to be able t0 address the broader monster problem that is Muni tonight at the “Don’t Be Thrown Under the Bus” Q&A session.

Newly installed Muni Director Tim Pampandreou and Greg Dewar of NJudahChronicles.com will be on hand to field questions about the crazy train that Muni has become. This is your chance to get some real answers and vent to people in charge about how your bus blows right by you every morning.

ResetSF will be providing FREE FOOD and an OPEN BAR if you RSVP here. An open bar and dialogue about Muni service should definitely be in interesting cocktail to try.

“Don’t Be Thrown Under the Bus” Q&A Session at the County Fair Building Tuesday, August 23, 6:30pm 1199 9th Ave. (at Lincoln) [Golden Gate Park] FREE with RSVP a Photo courtesy of Andria Lo

Stephen's early years were spent in a boxcar overlooking downtown Los Angeles. From there he moved around the state with his family before settling under the warm blanket of smog that covers suburban Southern California. Moving around led to his inability to stay in one place for very long, but San Francisco has been reeling him back in with its siren song since 1999.
By trade he pours booze, but likes to think he can write and does so occasionally for the SF Bay Guardian, Bold Italic and 7x7. He also likes to enjoy time spent in old eateries, bars and businesses that, by most standards, would have been condemned a long time ago.
