Planet Booty looking stellar as usual

You know Planet Booty. They are by far one of the most excellent party bands in the Bay Area. You’ve seen them interviewed on this site. You’ve seen them play the New Parish, and now you get to see them at The Starline Social Club for this epic show.

What’s exciting about this show is that Planet Booty will be featuring some new music which is a precursor to the new single and video planned for release in late Spring. So you can actually get away with saying “I heard this before it was cool man”.

And you better get your tickets fast. The last time Planet Booty played Oakland they sold out the Legionnaire! I expect with this current lineup the show will sell out quickly. Just check out this brand new rad promo video they just put out:

Stuart Schuffman, aka Broke-Ass Stuart, is a travel writer, poet, TV host, activist, and general shit-stirrer. His website BrokeAssStuart.com is one of the most influential arts & culture sites in the San Francisco Bay Area and his freelance writing has been featured in Lonely Planet, Conde Nast Traveler, The Bold Italic, Geek.com and too many other outlets to remember. His weekly column, Broke-Ass City, appears every other Thursday in the San Francisco Examiner. Stuart’s writing has been translated into four languages. In 2011 Stuart created and hosted the travel show Young, Broke, and Beautiful on IFC and in 2015 he ran for Mayor of San Francisco and got nearly 20k votes.
