Born on January 26 in New York, Bryan Callen obviously doesn’t find it difficult to immediately switch his on tv persona from a shit talking love interest straight into a slapstick comedian, often in the same take. He attended American University before pursuing his comedy career. After trying his hand at stand-up, Callen made his TV debut as a series regular on “MADtv,” which also served as his breakthrough. Callen has appeared on several television series including “Sex and the City,” “7th Heaven,” “Stacked,” “King of Queens,” “Las Vegas,” “Significant Others,” “West Wing,” “CSI,” Law and Order: SVU,” “NYPD Blue,” “Suddenly Susan,” “Frasier,” and “News Radio,” among others. In addition, Callen has appeared in such feature films as BAD SANTA, OLD SCHOOL and THE HANGOVER. He has performed stand-up comedy on several TV shows including Late Night with David Letterman.
