Jonathan Wheeler, teacher at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM), presents an introduction to traditional Chinese medicine including the five elements (wood, earth, metal, fire and water) and the four seasons (spring, summer, fall and winter).

Special guest Mariko Grady of Aedan Fermented returns to Tasting Menu. She’ll offer four samples that represent spring, summer, fall and winter. With the help of a few ACTCM consultants, you’ll discover your ruling season and element. Then, try a tasty treat suited for your season!
