Top Off at Tee Off Bar and Grill
Everyone who’s lived in San Francisco for a reasonable amount of time knows that, usually, it’s significantly cheaper to live somewhere in the avenues. I don’t venture out into the avenues much (past 10th, anyway). When I do, though, it’s nice to know there is at least one option for a watering hole that deep. Wait, there’s more – they serve food. And the portions are huge!
Tee Off Bar and Grill is a great neighborhood joint frequented by locals, to be sure. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, it’s definitely worth checking out. They serve up everything from breakfast burritos to fish sandwiches. (Can I buy you a fish sandwich? Sorry. I’m a sucker for The Ladies Man.)
There is also plenty to keep you occupied while waiting for your food. They have a jukebox with a pretty solid selection, pool table, shuffle board, and a ping pong table on the back patio. The patio, by the way, is large enough to fit about 20 folks. Bring your friends!
As I’ve been saying, Tee Off is definitely a great place to grab a drink, share some food with friends, and leave feeling good that the hole in your wallet hasn’t gotten much larger. The people are friendly, the food is good, and the beer is cold.
