Video: Why San Franciscans LOVE Waiting in Line

Screen Shot 2014-11-24 at 10.18.32 AM

People in San Francisco will wait in line for just about anything. It’s almost like they enjoy doing it. At some events they even wait in one line, just so they can buy tickets to wait in other lines to buy food. Its madness really. So we at the Kinda Late Show decided to roll around one morning and ask people waiting in line for brunch a very important question: “Why are you waiting?”.

The answers are hilarious. Just see for yourself.

This video was part of the inaugural episode of The Kinda Late Show with Broke-Ass Stuart. So if you like this, then you’ll love the entire performance. Watch it here.

Broke-Ass Stuart - Editor In Cheap

I've been called "an Underground legend": SF Chronicle , "an SF cult hero": SF Bay Guardian, and "the chief of cheap": Time Out New York, but to those familiar with my work, I'm just "that douchebag who writes books about cheap stuff and drinks a lot".

It makes sense that most of the people interviewed don’t live in San Francisco. I’ve lived here long enough that I know where and when to eat to avoid lines. There are so many amazing places to eat here. I will never understand people who wait in line for two hours for eggs and home fries.

This interviewer is an ass and so are all the obvious transplants who “love to wait in line”. Gimme a break, this is bullshit. These are NOT San Franciscans, they are douche bag recent arrivals or tourists who haven’t a clue. Including the fat faced hipster asshat interviewer.
