Michael McDonald is best known for starring in the sketch comedy show, MADtv. While on the show, he developed many memorable characters including Stuart Larkin, Marvin Tikkvah Rusty Miller, and The Depressed Persian Tow Truck Man. He was a contributing writer and director on MADtv. McDonald has also directed several episodes of SCRUBS, DON’T TRUST THE B IN APT 23, SAVE ME, and HOW TO LIVE WITH YOUR PARENTS. He went on to guest star on more television shows, including DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES and PUSHING DAISIES. McDonald is currently a writer, director, and producer of COUGAR TOWN. He can also be seen in the box office smash THE HEAT with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy. Michael’s standup comedy special, Michael McDonald: Model.
