Win Tickets to "The Irish Curse"

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

It’s like a ticket giveaway party over here at BAS HQ!  Today I’m giving away a pair of tix to a new off Broadway play called The Irish Curse at the SOHO Playhouse.  To win the tix email me at info@BrokeAssStuart.com.  If oyu win you’ll be able to choose which show you see.  The winner will be chosen at random.  Also, I will add you to my email list unless you ask me not to.

Here’s a little about the play (here’s a hint it’s not about the Irish curse you and I were thinking about):

In the play, a small group of Irish-American men (all professionally successful New Yorkers) meet every Wednesday night, in a Catholic Church basement, at a self-help group for men with small 'œprivates'. It examines the fundamental question on the minds of men since the beginning of time' 'œhow do I measure up to the next guy

'What 'œThe Irish Curse' is '“ and how it manifests itself- is the raw centerpiece of this wicked, rollicking and very funny play. From its blistering language to its brutally honest look at identity, relationships, social status and body image, The Irish Curse is a revealing portrait of how men, and society, define masculinity.

For those of you interested in buying tickets they are having a special “boys night” on April 14th that includes a post show wine and cheese reception with a discounted ticket price of $29.00(Regularly $59.00).

Good luck buckaroos!
