Good advice on cheap beer and food

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

I received this great email yesterday from a reader named Benny:

I just read your book and it was very helpful. I went to a bar called Grant & Green In SF in North Beach and they have a special for one dollar PBR Cans. It was a friday night but you might wanna check it out. Maybe add to your next book.

Also there’s a Japanese food carry out only place called Yo-Yo’s on Pacific and Battery in the Financial Dis. They have 2.50 Udon Noodle soup and 4.50 Teriyaki Chicken over white rice with side salad and two orange wedges.  Just passing along some info.

Thanx Man. -Benny
