A Week of FREE Dance Classes at ODC

I’m not gonna lie, I’m more of a drinker than a dancer.  Don’t get me wrong, if I’m out and some James Brown comes on, I’ll be the first motherfucker shaking his ass.  But in general dancing isn’t my thing.  It probably has something to do with being woefully uncoordinated.  But just because I’m a stick in the mud or as Young MC called it “standing on the wall like you was Poindexter” doesn’t mean you have to be.

In honor of Bay Area National Dance Week, April 23rd-May 2nd, ODC Dance Commons and Rhythm Motion Dance Program are putting on a week’s worth of FREE Dance Classes.  There are literally dozens of classes being done that week ranging from tango to ballet to afro-cuban dance, so I’m not gonna bother listing them all out.  But you can go here to get the complete list.  Now go dance your ass off for the freest form of exercise there is.  Maybe you’ll learn how to do this.  I hope not.
