Tomorrow Night: FREE Camp-in Movie Night with Alite and Sports Basement

For those of you who aren’t so keen on getting all dusty at Burning Man next week, but are looking for an easy way to scratch that itch to go camping, our friends at Alite Designs have something for you. Tomorrow night (that’s Friday), the Potrero Hill-based camping goods company will be throwing a FREE Camp-in movie night complete with FREE beer and snacks, tents set up around a “campfire” and a help-yourself vintage popcorn cart.
And because the whole thing is inside the Sports Basement’s Bryant Street location you don’t have to worry about this fickle weather turning chilly and freezing you out. On top of all the FREE beer you’ll be drinking, they’ll be raffling off prizes like Alite backpacks and campsite reservations (which are surprisingly hard to come by sometimes), and you’ll also get 20% off everything in the Sports Basement from 5pm – 9pm so you can stock up for your own camping trip.
