The San Francisco Center for the Book is all about the joys of books and bookmaking. It’s a place for Bay Area book artists to practice their craft, and they offer more than 300 workshops each year on things like traditional bookbinding, cutting-edge printing techniques and experimental book forms.

This Friday, April 26th, from 6:00 to 9:00pm, they’re celebrating their new home at 375 Rhode Island Street, and it’s going to be awesome.
