You Can Help Stop Unfair Evictions

The Bay's best newsletter for underground events & news

Come help stop unfair evictions in SF! Join us on Saturday at 11AM at 350 Alabama at 16th for a signature-gathering mobilization for No Eviction without Representation! Folks have been showing up in droves, but we need YOU if we’re going to get all 17K signatures we need to make unfair evictions a thing of the past.

Tenants, advocates, and activists are hitting the streets to get an initiative on the June ballot that would give any tenant facing eviction a lawyer to guide them through. Since 90% of landlords go into an eviction with a lawyer, we’re going to curb unfair evictions by leveling the playing field and making sure tenants are armed with their rights. We also have full training, refreshments, and great company so come on out.

Saturday is the last mobilization until after the New Year, so come help us build our anti-eviction movement from the ground up! Stay up on the conversation on the FB event page.

Plus, this grassroots campaign needs your support! If you have an extra $27 or $270 to spare, they will make good eviction-busting use of it. Please donate here: https://sfrighttocounsel.nationbuilder.com/donate
