San Francisco’s new ‘legal marijuana for everyone 21 and up’ law takes effect in on Sat., Jan. 6, and these S.F. dispensaries will be selling adult-use recreational weed. Here’s a current running list of the dispensaries licensed to let you buy marijuana in San Francisco with no doctor-issued medical card, starting Saturday morning, January 6, 2018, as determined by the California Bureau of Cannabis Control (CBCC).
NOTE: This list will be updated constantly by the Broke-Ass Stuart’s Cannabis Club I-Team, as the CBCC will be issuing new licenses right up to the 11th hour as the magic day approaches.
As of press time, none of these dispensaries have been granted the necessary CBCC and San Francisco Office of Cannabis licenses necessary to sell recreational marijuana. Most of them will receive these licenses in the next 48 hours. Just like with Oakland and Berkeley’s Jan. 1 sales, dispensaries are usually granted their licenses at the very last minute.
