So y’all are gonna get out there and vote today, right? Because let’s face it' we have no excuse. It’s FREE!! On top of voting, though, there are two events in Brooklyn tonight that look very awesome. The Bushwick Book Club: Darwin Night and Rope Trivia Presents: Presidential Trivia Night.
DARWIN SONG NIGHT
You probably didn’t know that it is the sesquicentennial of Charles Darwin’s On the Origin of Species. Now you know. And to celebrate this special anniversary, The Bushwick Book Club is throwing a Darwin-inspired singer-songwriter night. Evolution inspired songs, natural selection birthday cake, and sexual selection drink specials will accompany the original songs by Anna Leuchtenberger, Ben Krieger, Dave Novak, Dibson T. Hoffweiler, Franz Nicolay , Isaac Gillespie, Maria Sonevytsky, Susan Hwang, Sweet Soubrette, Teresa Amram and Victor Varnado.
