Undo Damage Done with St. Patrick’s Tours at the Merchant House
It’s St. Patrick’s Day ya’ll, one of the few times all year when the rest of the world joins lushes like us in public inebriation before noon. In case you feel rightfully guilty for the booze damage done to your person during the FREE St. Patrick’s Day Parade starting at 11AM, The Merchant House is offering up a way to get your learn on with a special St. Patrick’s Day Tour to shed a little light on Irish life mid-century in NYC.
March 17th-20th, the historic site will offer tours of the seldom-seen 4th floor where Irish servant women lived and died. The tour is included with the price of admission ($10 and $5 for students/seniors), which is half the price of entry to the Tenement Museum… just sayin’!
