Well, queerest Broke-Ass Stuart readership, by now we hope that you have fully recovered form what was likely one of the memorable Pride’s to date.  Though there was no overturning of  homophobic laws set against the backdrop of sweeter days, our current era of darkness has ignited flames of hope and calls to resist.  Not even threats of violence within our own city could damper the fight within.

Of course, this being San Francisco, the original party girl of the Golden West, no fight is complete without play after.  And much, much play there was!  Parties kicked off a week prior and didn’t stop till the rays came poking over the Oakland Hills.

Though we weren’t able to be absolutely everywhere, our Broke-Ass Staff and contributors were on hand to catch the protest and pageantry all over town.  So let us slide back up the rainbow just a little way back to….
