We are extremely proud of what the Broke-Ass Stuart team accomplished this year. We built a new website, released a book, published over 600 articles, and our work reached over 33 million people on the internet.
In 2025, thanks to the incredible support from you, our subscribers, our Patrons, and our charitable donors, we were able to continue our mission of irreverent, independent journalism that champions local artists, small businesses, and the cultural fabric that makes the Bay Area unforgettable. We continue to amplify the voices that get drowned out, ensuring culture thrives here, and community comes first.
We know we will never be rich. That's not why we do this. We do this because we value people and community over...anything else. Broke-Ass Stuart exists to keep San Francisco’s soul alive. So if you are broke like us (we get it) you can do something perhaps more powerful than giving money.
